I’m really impressed with the responsiveness and the professionalism of Mattex. Having never used their services we reached out to them one evening when our water heater failed. Surprisingly they sent a tech to our home the very next morning and were able to install a replacement water heater the same day. We called Mattex for an electrical issue. They were able to come out same day and had the issue fixed in less than an hour. The technician that came was professionally attired, respectful and knowledgeable. I appreciated that they informed me up front if they couldn't make it same day they would for sure come the next because I called so late in the afternoon. Mattex is the most reliable, professional knowledgeable and fast service! They come the day that you have issues and fix the problem. I recently had a new HVAC system installed and had issues with a drainage hole. Wasn’t even their problem but they fixed it and there was no charge. Hands-down the best service to go with.

Our water heater pilot light would not restart late on a Sunday afternoon, and Mattex responded immediately to the call, getting a technician out here immediately. Peyton quickly diagnosed the problem, tested his solution, and then reconfirmed that he had solved the problem. He then checked out all aspects of the water heater to make sure there weren't multiple problems, helping avoid another service call.

First of all these guys came out within a few hours of finding out my furnace wasn't working and Chris did an exceptional job of taking care of the issue and explaining all the options to me. I've now signed up for their service contract.
Our technician was Brandon and he was fantastic. He took all the time with the project that was needed to do it correctly. He thoroughly explained the reason for the problem we were having and came up with a cost effective solution. He was even able to work in the last minute additional project of replacing our sump pump, which was long overdue.
