Mattex Service Company Opens New Office in Mahomet

Mattex Service Company has officially opened its doors to their new service office located at 307 E. Oak St. in Mahomet. The new office facility, located next to the Mahomet Police Department, will serve as the company’s call center location. Mattex’s Customer Service Representatives and Dispatch Representatives will be housed in the newly-renovated office space to provide customer support throughout the week.
“Mattex is continuing to grow rapidly as we serve our local community,” said Mike Nichelson, President and Owner of Mattex Service Company. “This new building will allow us to provide office space for several members of our team while giving us a storefront to serve our Mahomet community…”

This new office has a deep history as a hair salon, office space, and veterinary clinic. We are proud to be able to add to it throughout its renovation, it also served as a company training location-allowing technicians to gain hands-on experience trying new heating, cooling, plumbing, sewer, and electrical techniques on the building. The building was fully reimagined during the remodeling process, with a new open concept and collaborative workspace implemented. The Mahomet location serves as Mattex’s fourth office site, with additional locations in Champaign, Mattoon, and Monticello.
