Meet the Fleet - Peggy Anglin

Peggy joined the Mattex team in April of 2021 as the Customer Service Relations (CSR) and Dispatch Service Relations (DSR) Manager, but she is certainly not new to our office. The wife of our Installation Manager, Nelson Anglin, Peggy has been a familiar face to Mattex for several years.
Peggy joined Mattex with 25 years of experience in call center management and has hit the ground running with reenvisioning the training and communication procedures for the CSR and DSR departments.
We sat down with Peggy to learn more about what motivates her both inside and outside of the office.
What brought you to Mattex?
It was a great opportunity to work with amazing people!
What’s your favorite part of your job (so far)?
I have enjoyed revamping the training materials for new and existing representatives.
How would you describe working for Mattex? What’s the workplace like in your eyes?
It is an amazing place to work and everyone is so nice and helpful.
What do you like to do when you’re not at work?
I enjoy camping and spending time with family. These are my favorite things to do when I am not at work.
What would you like to accomplish at work this year?
I would love for our Team to continue to work together and become the best call center around!
What would you like to accomplish outside of work this year?
I would like to take a vacation to Jamaica and a vacation to California to see my granddaughter.
What’s a fun fact about you that no one would guess?
Summer is my favorite season. I am happy when the sun is shining. I am a big fan of the beach, pools, camping — anything to do with the outdoors in the summer.
