Meet the Fleet – Merritt Bennett

Today we are introducing you to Merritt Bennett, our Customer Retention Specialist.

Merritt has served in many roles over his six years at Mattex, recently moving to Customer Retention.

Merritt enjoys personally connecting with our customers, helping to walk them through their best options for repairing or replacing their home systems. He helps to ensure every customer is 100% satisfied with their service from Mattex and well-informed in their decision making.

When he’s not at work, Merritt enjoys playing video games and spending time with family and friends.
